In march of 2013, Kevin became Chapter King for MA 240 Abington. He was very proud. He did finally receive that call from Rosie and the rest is history. Kevin was so proud at SRD and he vowed then that we would spread the news of TOPS to as many people as he possibly could and help all those who needed him.
