In Memoriam

If you were lucky enough to hear Kevin speak, you were lucky enough. I drove to Falmouth on the Tuesday before he died to hear him speak – I am so thankful for that experience. Wakefield was the last chapter Kevin visited on the night before he died. They made him a special necklace that I am wearing today and will make sure goes to his wife Karen.
Kevin would have wanted to say, well, a lot today, but I know he would say keep on trying and never give up. If you slip up on what you ate, just start again. As for exercise, do something you like, do it for as long as you can and go one more step. Thank you for letting me share the Kevin I knew with you. He will be truly missed.
