….and then crowned State King right on stage. Who could ever forget the
prom!!! Paula Ferland, State Queen from 2011 was the one who crowned
him with Rosie and Judy close at hand.
I'll always remember his speech – he had notes but he made it up as his
talked. Lee Allen sat behind him tugging his robe, trying to tell him
to speed it up but Kevin just needed his moment and ignored Lee
totally. He did love to talk.
