Well, can you tell how proud his chapter is of all he accomplished? There is definitely an empty place at our chapter and in our hearts that Kevin has left behind. He SO SO SO enjoyed his whole TOPS experience as short as it was from the chapter level to the state level to international level. He will be missed by us and from the state of Massachusetts.
