Fall Rally 2021 - NORFOLK, BRISTOL, PLYMOUTH & BARNSTABLE COUNTIES

HELLO LEADERS,
The plans have been finalized for our Fall Rally. The registration form and forms for summer contests will be included in this e-mail. The cost is $29.00 per person non-refundable. Tossed salad, chicken breasts, Swedish meatballs, oven roasted potatoes, rolls, coffee and assorted cookies. This is buffet style with servers. We will have members available to assist people back to their tables if necessary. This is the first regional FR. We hope that you will consider coming as it is centrally located and probably not more than an hour’s rides for most chapters.
It has been a long time since we had a function. It will be nice to get together Perhaps your chapter could have a fundraiser to help defray the cost for those that want to attend or if your treasury permits consider contributing to the cost.
Our state coordinator Judy Pettit will be presenting a program. The summer challenges have begun. Summer Best Losers, KOPS of the Summer, Consistent Losers, Chapter Angels, no gain meeting for chapter, total net pounds lost by chapter.
The first weigh-in was the week beginning July 5th, Last weigh-in week ending October 1st. Deadline for forms will be October 9th. You must attend Fall Rally in order to participate.
If your chapter would like to decorate a pumpkin they will be placed on the stage for decorations. 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes. We will be having as 50/50 raffle and also raffle prizes. If your chapter would like to donate a raffle item or basket please feel free but it is not mandatory.
We will be looking for a few volunteers for registration tables and decorations, raffle ticket sellers, and 2 people for sales and souvenirs etc.
We would appreciate it if you could e-mail or call us back and let us know if your chapter is planning on attending and approximately how many.
