Dear TOPS Leaders and Chapter Members:
TOPS, THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH
DOORS OPEN AT 8:30 A.M. PROGRAM STARTS AT 9:30 A.M. COST: $29.00 PER PERSON
The plans have been finalized for our Fall Rally. This is the first year that we are having two Fall Rallies. Even though the cutoff date is soon, please call or email there is always room for more.
It has been a long time since we have been able to get together. I have received emails that chapters are staying away due to COVID. We take it very seriously and will follow the directives from the Board of Health. The room is very large so the tables will be set up with enough space that you can sit with your chapter.
We have hand sanitizer and gloves for the servers. The condiments won’t be on the grinders. We chose Subway because of COVID and they will be individually wrapped and boxed. Coffee and tea will be available with your lunch. We will have water and some soda for sale.
Our state coordinator, Judy Pettit, will present a program and as usual some much needed inspiration. we will also have members that will be acknowledged who didn’t expect it. We will have a 50/50 raffle, door prizes and basket raffles.
