Two school jokes it must be September
'I'm not going to school today,'
Alexander said to his mother. 'The teachers bully me and the boys in my
class don't like me.' 'Why ?'
'First, you're 35 years old. Second,
you're the principal.'
Mother: "Why are you home from school so early?" Son: "I was the only
one who could answer a question." Mother: "Oh, really? What was the
question? Son: "Who threw the eraser at the principal?"
I hope you all had a wonderful summer. Now it's time to get back to
school for a day.
Gail and I
have a fun day planned.
Hopefully, when you leave you will have learned something new, got
inspired to lose weight or just had a good time with your fellow TOPS
members. Bring your own lunch in your favorite lunch box.

"Back to School" for the
day. Great workshop to bring a friend
to.....whether they belong to TOPS or not.
Registration begins at 8:30. Bells rings at 9:15. Do not
be late or you will have to deal with Wavering Wanda and Sensible
Samantha. This will be the
4TH workshop Gail and I have done. Our goal is to increase the
attendance numbers each time. So far we have done that.
Our last one was 100 people. A
few members coming from your chapter???? Think about car pooling...the
driver can pretend they are driving the school bus.

Directions to Franklin
Senior Center 10 Daniel McCahill Drive
Franklin, MA
From Bourne Bridge Travel estimate....... 54.25 miles about 60
minutes
Directions from 495 north or south are the same - take exit 17 off
495 (route 140) - once on the off ramp, from the south, turn right -
from the north, turn left, both towards Franklin. Just under a mile, you
will come to a traffic light near a small shopping mall and there is a
Honey Dew Coffee shop there) - get in the left lane to take a left onto
Beaver Street. Stay on Beaver street till you get to the next traffic
lights - look to your left and there is the Senior Center - take a left
at that lights and the next left will bring you right into the Senior
Center. The address is 10 Daniel McCahill Street but I have never been
able to make that address bring me to the center. You can put in 10 Oak
Street and that will bring you right to that intersection.
