Who is 10 pounds lighter? When you weigh-in the week of March 18th if
you are 10 pounds lighter than you were on your 1st weigh-in in January
please let me know.

Graduation Celebrates April 12-13, 2013
at the Sturbridge Host Hotel. Treat yourself to a fun weekend. It is an
inspiration to see your fellow TOPS members as they receive awards for a
job well done. Have a fund raiser in your chapter to help defray the
cost of those attending. Hope to see your chapter dressed in 50’S attire
on Friday night.
We will welcome spring this month and, hopefully, the snow is far behind us. This is the time of year when everything becomes alive again and we are given the opportunity in TOPS to do the same. Now is the time to get a fresh start on losing weight.
The first week of March is election of officers. Whether you are outgoing or incoming I thank you for serving your chapter. Please send in the officers chart to Rosie Smith so she can update her files.
IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO BE WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE BEEN…….This is so true for a member of 256 Brockton who at the age of 93 reached her goal and is now a KOPS. Congratulations to Nora Tomposki! If you think you will never reach your goal just think of Nora and let her be your inspiration to never give up. Thanks to Beverly the leader of 256 for passing this on for our newsletter.

CHOOSING TO CHANGE
Change can be scary – or exhilarating…the difference lies in your
attitude. Not only that, but your attitude makes a major difference in
whether you succeed at making a change in your life. Weight loss is a
good example. Lots of people have vague hopes and dreams of slimming
down and getting in better shape. But to succeed we have to be willing
to make genuine changes in lifestyle. Stay tuned for more info in our
